Craig Wagner specializes in the developing, buying, selling, renting, and managing of multi-residential properties. He also oversees the coordination between marketing and PR teams. Craig is an expert in market research and analysis, and he has outstanding negotiating skills.
Prior to joining the Berkshire Axis team, Craig was the Vice President of a large real estate company in New York City. Craig has over 10 years of experience marketing and selling luxury high-rise condominiums in Manhattan and Toronto.
As a project manager at Berkshire Axis Development, Craig makes on the fly construction decisions, and is often on site dealing with the trades and managers. He has taken development projects from the rezoning and site plan stages, through construction and ultimately to sales, and the turnover to new homeowners.
